1. Operator

Tanah Iklan is a project operated by TANAH IKLAN (PENDING SSM REGISTRATION) (registration number TBC), Malaysia. Contact us at hello@tanahiklan.my.

2. What you are buying

You are buying the right to display one image on specific blocks of the board, at RM5.00per block, with a minimum purchase of 2 × 2 blocks. Payment is one-off. The first year of land tax (Section 4) is included in the purchase price.

You do not acquire title to any property, shares, or interest in our business. “Plot” and “land tax” are invented terms describing this product, not real estate.

3. Your artwork and link

You warrant that you hold the rights to the artwork you upload, and that your artwork and link do not break Malaysian law.

We may refuse or remove any image or link at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without a stated reason.

Every image is reviewed by our team before it appears. If an image is refused before payment, nothing is charged. If an image is refused after payment, you may upload a replacement; if you choose not to, Section 6 applies.

4. Annual land tax

To keep your artwork on display, land tax of RM10.00 per year is payable on each plot. The first year is included in the purchase price. We will send email reminders before it falls due.

If the tax goes unpaid:

• 0–90 days late: your artwork and link carry on as normal.
• 90–180 days late: the plot goes dormant — the artwork is shown faded and the outbound link is switched off.
• After 180 days: the plot lapses. The blocks return to sale and your artwork is removed from display.

You may redeem a dormant plot at any time before it lapses by paying the outstanding tax.The original purchase price is not refunded when a plot lapses.

The tax rate may change on at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. No traffic guarantee

We promise no particular number of visitors, clicks, impressions, exposure, search engine ranking, or business results. You are buying display space, not advertising performance.

Nor do we guarantee that the board will stay online forever. “Permanent” means for the operating life of this site.

6. Refunds

• If we refuse your artwork after payment and you do not want to submit a replacement, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
• If a technical fault on our side stops your plot from being displayed, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
• No refunds after a plot has lapsed for unpaid land tax.
• No refunds purely because traffic was lower than you hoped.

7. Suspension and termination

We may remove a plot without refund if it is used for fraud, malware, or unlawful content, or if we are directed to by Malaysian authorities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the plot in question in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
